This Cancellation and Refunds Policy applies to all payments made to AGILESPACE DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED for digital marketing consulting and related services, including domestic and international payments.
Because our work is service-based and time-bound, and involves planning, expertise, and resource allocation, our cancellation and refund terms differ from those of businesses selling physical goods.
By making a payment to us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
1.1 Once an engagement is confirmed and payment is made, we allocate time, specialist resources, and internal capacity to your project. As a result, most fees are nonrefundable, except as provided below.1.2 If any specific cancellation or refund terms are set out in your proposal, SoW, or Master Services Agreement, those specific terms will take precedence over this policy to the extent of any inconsistency.

3.1 Once the agreed deliverables or phase of work have been completed and delivered (for example: a marketing strategy document, audit report, workshop, campaign setup, or consulting session), no cancellation or refund will be processed for that work.
3.2 Marketing outcomes are influenced by many external elements (platform policies, competition, seasonality, your sales process, website experience, etc.). Underperformance relative to expectations or market benchmarks is not, by itself, a valid ground for refund, though we will always try to optimize and course-correct with you.

Without limiting the above, refunds will not be applicable in the following situations (illustrative, not exhaustive):
6.1 If a refund is approved by AGILESPACE DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method wherever possible, unless we mutually agree on an alternative mode.6.2 Once we initiate the refund, the time taken for it to reflect in your account will depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway. Typically, this can take up to 16–30 business days.6.3 We are not responsible for delays, deductions, or additional charges applied by banks, card issuers, payment gateways, or other intermediaries in the refund process.
7.1 For international clients, payment and refund amounts may be impacted by foreign exchange rates and bank charges. These factors are beyond our control.7.2 Any refund approved by us will be initiated in the currency and amount that we originally received, net of any applicable gateway or bank charges. The final amount reflected in your account in local currency may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations and intermediary fees.
